Every engagement starts with a diagnostic you can hold and judge before rescue-level money is on the table.

Rescue triage

$750–$1,500 fixed

Access and ownership check, repository and infrastructure review, top risks, and a preliminary verdict: finish, rebuild, or start over.

Full rescue assessment

$2,500–$5,000 fixed

Deep review of code, architecture, and deployment. A salvage map, a risk register, and a fixed-price rescue proposal — or the documented reason a responsible one can't be written yet.
